Mortgage Sales Talk is a compilation of 70-plus interviews with the

top mortgage originators in the country. Each originator easily ranks within the

What is discussed in the interviews?

The interviews are designed to help the listener identify business secrets and strategies for succeeding as a mortgage loan originator. The interviews are not just a collection of sound bites -- each averages about 45 minutes. The originators follow a standard format and identify:

* Business tips and their secrets to success

Who are some of the people I can expect to listen and learn from?

Among the 70-plus interviews, you'll hear:

• Rod Flowers - Rod is a VP, Branch Manager and active producer for SunTrust Mortgage. Consistently produces 6M a month.
• Barry Habib - regularly featured on the CNBC television network, Barry had $106M in individual loan production in 1998 and $21M in a single month. Barry’s 1999 production was over $97M.
• Greg Frost - Greg is ranked #3 in unit production in the country by a major mortgage publication. His personal production in 1999 was 80M and almost 800 units! Greg is President of Frost Mortgage.

Now that I've enrolled, what exactly do I get?

After you purchased Mortgage Sales Talk, you are provided

with:

• A username and password for the CampusMBA web-based learning portal. The CampusMBA portal provides you with access to the audio files.
• Access to the Mortgage Sales Talk web-based interviews for six months.*

*The interviews are made available to you on an individual basis and are provided exclusively in the CampusMBA web-based learning environment.

Can I save the audio files onto my computer instead of listening to them online?

No. You will not be able to save the interviews/audio files on your computer or hear them outside of the CampusMBA web-based environment. You must listen to the interviews online, via a personal computer. Mortgage Sales Talk is a unique, web-delivered program. It is not available on cassette or CD.

Is there a test or assessment with Mortgage Sales Talk and can I get CEU credit?

Mortgage Sales Talk is designed to give you knowledge and inside information to help you succeed as a mortgage loan originator. You should feel comfortable listening to some or all of the interviews, and cull from these interviews points that you can immediately use in your day to day operations. Mortgage Sales Talk offers you the opportunity to listen and learn from the very BEST in your business. Since this product does not include testing, CEU credit is not available.

What will my computer need for me to listen to the audio files online?

Mortgage Sales Talk is offered within the CampusMBA learning "portal". The portal is a web-based software package used for powering online teaching and learning environments. While the software is extremely flexible and easy-to-use, you will need the following products and competencies:

· A web-browser - Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer - version 4.0 or higher

· An Internet connection speed of at least 28.8 kbps

· An email account and the knowledge of how to send and receive email

· Soundcard and speakers (if you are missing one/both of these components they usually can be purchased at a local computer store starting as low as $45 for each component. Ask your retailer (or if you will be using this program at the office, your company's computer help desk personnel) for details.

· The ability to navigate the Web (use a browser)

· The Windows Media player plug-in*

* The Windows Media player plug-in permits you to play (stream)

the .asf audio files (each interview is an audio file).Streaming media has become tremendously popular over the last couple of years, you may very well have this plug-in already installed.

IMPORTANT: Excluding firewall or company Internet access issues, downloading the plug-in is a easy process. Simply go to "www.microsoft.com" and enter "Media Player" in the SEARCH box. Microsoft's directions are clear and concise. Before you go to the site for the download, ascertain which operating system (i.e. Mac, Windows '95', '98', 'NT' etc.) is used on your computer. There are a couple different versions of Media Player to choose from depending on the operating system. Again, your help desk personnel should be able to assist you with the download process.

What do I need to know if I'm using a computer at the office that is on a network and/or Media Player doesn't work?

If you're accessing Mortgage Sales Talk on a networked

computer, you should have confirmed with your employer that you were permitted to download a plug-in. Certain network firewalls prohibit downloads and if the Media Player is not working, a firewall may be interfering. The firewall's role is to ensure that all communication between an organization's network and the Internet, conforms to the organization's security policies. We highly suggest you contact your computer help desk personnel for assistance.

Who do I call if I'm having trouble?

We want you to have a wonderful learning experience. AFTER you have successfully downloaded and fully tested your capability to

receive the audio 'stream', we encourage you submit any requests involving
